2. Refunds

3. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted product and place a new order for the replacement item. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check Your Bank Account: Refunds can take some time to show up in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

7. Exceptions to Refund/Return Policy
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Clearance or Sale Items: These items may not be eligible for a return or refund. Please refer to the specific product listing for details.
8. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Any customs fees or import duties associated with returning products are the customer’s responsibility.
